1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare@ianescapes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be provided in cash).
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear. All sale items are final and not eligible for a return or refund.
5. Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage, Ian Escapes will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
